1. Google App
Play store linkYes, there is a Google app. What would we do without Google? With more than 1 billion installations, a lot of people agree that this app is invaluable for whatever you are doing, which would require you to do some searching. With a range of applications from research for a thesis/dissertation to even finding files and apps on your phones, this app has you covered. It comes pre-installed on some devices as well.
2. Google Keep
Play store link3. Google Drive
Play store linkLots of Google apps, huh? There is so much to say about this app, so I'll just drop the highlights. One of the best and affordable cloud storage apps available. It also works with Google Docs, Sheets and Slides which would replace your basic Microsoft Office needs. It allows easy collaborations on projects and documents. You and someone else could literally work on a document simultaneously and be in different parts of the world. You could also make documents available offline, just in case you don't have internet access.
4. My Study Life
Play store linkThis is more than just a timetable app. It keeps you organized with options to organize your entire session or semester, plan for upcoming projects or exams. It even has an option to configure those courses that have irregular occurences, and also reminds you of upcoming classes. A very detailed app, that once configured, will be a life saver for any student. It is also cross-platform, so you can access the same information not just from your Android device but from your iOS, Chrome and Windows (desktop and mobile) devices as well. There is also a dashboard for teachers and school administrators as well.
5. Timely
Play store linkThe most beautiful alarm clock app you might ever use. It uses a lot of rich colors in the interface which make its usage more appealing, easy to set alarms and customizable backgrounds. It also has a built-in timer and stopwatch with nice animations. One of its more unique features is Smart Rise, which gives you some tasks that you have to do before it would shut up. It also uses your Google account to sync across devices, so the closest device will wake you up. Also, when all your devices go off at the same time, if you mute one, they will all go silent (this works if all devices are on a network connection).
This is Part 1. The rest of my list will come soon.
